Electric Floor Spring
Floor springs combine smart control, synchronized door operation, and automated access functions to support smooth and reliable performance of double swing doors in commercial buildings, hotels, office towers, airports, and other high-traffic environments.
Features
- Intelligent synchronization control: Both door leaves operate through a unified control system, ensuring synchronized opening and closing with a timing deviation of less than 0.5 seconds, helping reduce the risk of door leaf interference or collision.
- Multi-sensor integration: Compatible with multiple sensing technologies, including microwave activation sensors and infrared safety sensors. The system can automatically extend the opening duration during periods of heavy pedestrian traffic to improve accessibility and convenience.
- Quiet and smooth operation: Operating noise remains below 60 dB, helping maintain a comfortable environment in hotels, office buildings, libraries, and other noise-sensitive locations. The brushless motor design further reduces mechanical friction and operating noise.
- Emergency escape compatibility: During power outages, both door leaves can be manually pushed open to support emergency evacuation requirements. Once power is restored, the system automatically returns to normal operating mode.
